Our Quality team are looking for an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), to support our Early Years Vocational Trainers. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and evaluating assessment activities and decisions, ensuring adherence to standards and identifying potential risks.

About the role
As an IQA, your role is threefold. Firstly, you'll keep a close eye on assessment activities and decisions to make sure they meet the highest standards and identify any potential risks. Secondly, you'll provide full support to the Vocational Trainers so they can promptly address any required actions or deferrals. Finally, you'll provide support, performance management and staff development, helping the team and Delivery meet their key performance indicators. Together, you will strive to maintain excellence and ensure everyone's success.
As part of the Desktop Quality Assurer (QA) team, you will:
Ensure high standards of delivery by monitoring work submitted
Running group consistency sessions to maintain excellence
Champion personal development among all staff by making referrals to the Development QA Team
Facilitate External Quality Assurance (EQA) sessions, acting as an ambassador for HIT Training Ltd in both quality of work and processes
About you
We're looking for a professional and confident individual with the following skills and experience:
A Level 5 or above Early Years Qualification (or similar)
A Level 4 TAQA qualification
Recent sector experience within Early Years
Ideally some experience in EQA and sampling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An accredited coaching qualification is a plus
