Are you the right person for the job?
- It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience in within the vehicle maintenance industry from a customer service perspective, to include an understanding of statutory compliance for vehicles more than 3,500kgs
- Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face to face, written, and via the
telephone
- The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- Be computer literate, knowledge of Kerridge and 1link systems will be an advantage
- Be eligible to work in the UK
What will your role as a Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance Controller look like?
Report to the Vehicle Branch Manager working as part of a valued team
- Dealing with customer maintenance enquiries, breakdowns, franchised dealerships, and independent repairers
- Planning scheduled vehicle maintenance for our customers
- As part of a busy team, your focus will be on delivering first class service in an efficient cost-effective manner
