Starting at $60,794 Per Year (GS 8)

Warehouse Operative with a FLT licence (CB) to join our team in Chapletown. This role involves various warehouse duties, including forklift operation, goods inspection, band saw operation, overhead crane use, picking and packing, as well as general tidying duties. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to use their own initiative to get the job done efficiently.

Key Requirements:
Valid Forklift Truck Driver license with a Counterbalance endorsement.
Ability to perform loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift.
Perform goods inspection to ensure quality and accuracy.
Experience operating a band saw and overhead crane preferable.
Responsible for general warehouse tidying and organization.
Picking and packing of goods for shipment.

Temporary On Going

Availability for Monday to Friday shifts.
Shift timings: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Total weekly hours: 38 (35.5 hours paid after deduction for a 30-minute lunch break).
Occasional overtime may be required but is rare.

£422.45 per week based on

£11.90 per hour for all hours worked
