• Quality Checks: Conduct visual inspections and measurements on finished carpentry products, including furniture, cabinets, doors, and other woodwork, to verify conformance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Testing: Assist in conducting tests and evaluations on carpentry products, including strength tests, durability tests, and other quality control procedures to identify any defects or deficiencies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality control documentation. Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Problem Identification: Identify and report any quality issues, defects, or non-conformities to supervisors or management promptly. Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

· Min ‘O’ Levels with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in related field.

· Strong management skills and leadership qualities.

· Experience in manufacturing setting preferred

· Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of products, materials, or processes to ensure they meet quality standards.

· Testing and Analysis: Perform various tests and analyses to identify defects, deviations, or areas for improvement.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, findings, and corrective actions taken.
