Requirements:

• Performs incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, electrical components, sub-assemblies, circuit card assemblies and final products to assure conformance utilizing drawings, schematics, specifications and work instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary customer-facing team member for all Quality related issues:  assessments and product failures, returns, technical issues, process issues, corrective actions; primary point of contact for customer surveys, audits, and site visits.

• Verifies compliance to all performance specifications, documentation requirements, and customer expectations (per PO, contract, Q-Clauses, etc…) review and approval of design documentation.

• Verifies compliance to all DCMA requirements for product delivery; supports DCMA product / process audits as required; coordinates Customer Source Inspection (CSI) and/or Government Source Inspection (GSI) site visits as required per customer contracts.

• Completes First Article Inspection (FAI) per customer contract and/ or source control drawing requirements.  Works with various TMS teams to verify compliance and to resolve issues. Documents results in AS9102 format.

• Leads the response to customer issues; ensure CAPA responses are thorough and completed as per the committed time frames; coordinates customer scorecard reviews and related follow-up activities; coordinates the organization’s response to customer- issued audit findings and corrective actions.

About the Role

As a Control Systems Lead, you will lead service technicians on the team with maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling (MHE) controls systems equipment to ensure operational performance. • Partner with Facility Operations leadership, equipment vendors and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations. Acting as the technical consultant for capital projects inside the building
