Job Description:

• Responsible for engineering tests and technical functions related to the support of Supplier Quality Engineering
• Supports Product Engineering, Production and Quality Engineers/Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues
• Assists in Supplier Quality Audits
• Interfaces with suppliers on technical/quality issues, RMA, corrective and preventive actions
• Provides factory support to identify and resolve issues associated with purchased parts, materials and manufacturing
• Contributes to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
• Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Manufacturing Process Technology
• Ability to interpret within established procedures and practices
• Familiarity with inspection equipment, statistical tools, Geometric Dimension and Tolerance knowledge will be an advantage
• 2 years experiences in dealing with suppliers on non-conformances and investigation

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform environmental control/enforcement support to the team.
• Identify any foreseeable risk of pollution arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Propose practical action to eliminate any foreseeable ill-health, prevention of pollution at workplace.
• Any other ad hoc duties required or assigned by Management that are relevant to the project.

Requirements

• Registered ECO (NEA)
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• knowledge of all relevant environmental policies, legislations, and guidelines, independent, with strong discipline and accountability.

Roles & Responsibilities

a) Perform environmental control/enforcement support to the team.

b) Identify any foreseeable risk of pollution arising from the workplace or work processes.

c) Propose practical action to eliminate any foreseeable ill-health, prevention of pollution at workplace.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

· Maintain and upkeep AS 9100 and ISO 45001 requirements and procedures

· Conduct Internal Quality/ Process Audit and attend to external audit needs.

· Manage/ Perform and fulfil customer quality requirements includes document and reports submission.

· Manage First Article requirements which includes CMM programming.

· Quality Methodology – Training Material or past Stimulated Results will be used.

· Prepare and submission of Quality KPI.

Job Description:

1. Performing F.A inspection and inspection of parts and products with desktop measuring tools / CMM / Smart scope at the incoming / outgoing / in-process gate.
2. To prepare and generate standard inspection report and lead team in performing quality inspection.
3. Monitor on critical customer products, with a corrective and preventive action programs in managing customer complaints / improvement plans.
4. Administer and work on continuous improvement program in achieving good process control.
5. Provide technical guidance to group of inspectors.
6. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
7. Work closely with customers and inter-department to meet the quality requirements.
8. Experience in calibrating measuring equipments.

Requirements

• Preferred to have NTC / Diploma in related engineering field.
• Required to know-how in using desktop measuring tools, and other equipment such as CMM, Smart Scope, Roundness Tester and Roughness Tester
