This role will involve the successful candidate reviewing client files under the supervision and direction of an experienced management team in relation to businesses operating within the Cayman and British Virgin Island jurisdictions and ensuring that legislation is being complied with at all times. Although candidates with experience working on matters within these jurisdictions would be of extreme interest to my client, it is not an absolutely essential criterion and my client is very interested in junior candidates in the KYC/AML profession.

The attributes and skills that my client is looking for from candidates for this role include:

* A good and advanced understanding of KYC and AML regulatory obligations;
* An ability to be adaptable and work towards multiple deadlines;
* Being comfortable working under minimal supervision (further support will, however, be available as and where required);

My client would expect the successful candidate to attend its Leeds office 2-3 times a week (located approximately 3-5 minutes' walk away from Leeds Train Station). Network Security Compliance / Design (TSA)

Duration: To the end of 2024 initially. Expected extension due to ongoing requirements.

Rate: £450 - 550 paid weekly, umbrella, in scope

Our client is a very large digital organisation.

They currently have a requirement for a network profile to face a Government Initiative: Telecommunications Security Act (TSA).Ideally, you will have experience with TSA regulation / reform from a Network and IP Security perspective.

Security compliance is very important for this role.

More TDA and less network design, but a good grounding in design is required.You may have come from a Network Design / Professional type role and have a good grounding in Design, Network Configuration, Routers, Switches, Juniper and Cisco etc.Change control is important for this role.

Updates, Security, Vulnerability are all desired at a gold standard.This role may pick up roles such as Network Design and MPLS type requirements.

The team on site works across the IP spectrum and is close knit - People do help and assist with all types of work.If you have worked under the Telecoms Security Act, this is the most important thing to have.

Making sure IP network security is up to speed and to a high standard is the most salient requirement.

Role: Quality Engineer

Location(s): Several sites available - Leeds, Bradford, York, Doncaster, Sheffield and Hull

Salary: £45,000 - 60,000/Year (DOE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our client's food manufacturing team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our food products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) assessments and ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
• Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain documentation related to quality assurance, including specifications, test results, and certifications.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
• Support new product development by conducting sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
• Knowledge of BRC standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, etc.) and HACCP principles.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (ISO, GMP).

The Regulatory Compliance Associate supports the business in achieving successful and timely product launches in the global markets, working collaboratively within the company, and with its affiliates and external partners, to secure and maintain market access for the products it manufactures and/or distributes.
Your new role
* Establish and maintain a central record of current global market clearance/registration status for Lansinoh's Cosmetics, Medical Devices, OTC, and consumer products, and any new technologies acquired or developed.* Establish and maintain a central repository of the current and core technical documentation and data generated or received in support of product registrations/clearances.
* Coordinate the timely acquisition, and provision of technical documentation upon request from Regulatory Authorities, Distributors and in-country agents, working with the original manufacturers to customize the documentation as necessary to meet market-specific requirements.
* Supporting New Product and Business Developments with analysis of the regulatory landscape and pathway for new products/technologies, identifying key documentation and data requirements, submission strategies, timelines and associated costs.
* Facilitate new product registrations as well as renewals, as required.
* Review and approve artwork and labelling for compliance with market regulatory requirements.
* Develop an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the governing market regulations for the products we manufacture and/or distribute, utilizing where necessary self-training opportunities, consultation with regulatory authorities, or advice and direction from external legal counsel and consultants.
What you'll need to succeed
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Medical Device or Cosmetics industry.* Experience with regulatory labeling requirements for Medical Devices or Cosmetics.
* Experience in establishing and maintaining centralized documentation and data repositories.
* Experience working within multi-functional project teams, and with external manufacturers, distributors, consultants and market regulatory authorities.
