Responsibilities
- Production of access cards – OLAE requests.
- Act as programmer for access control operations
- Emboss / print / affix applicant image on access cards.
- Pack cards for distribution.
- Record daily inventory of return of access cards.
- Manage and respond timely on helpdesk requests and emails.
- Perform any access control related tasks assigned by managers or team lead.
- Liaison with business units and building landlords on access card matters.
- Requisition of access control consumable and office supplies.
- Overseeing maintenance for card printer.
- CoB and Emergency – participate in CoB / Call Tree exercise and testing.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the CSIS.
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing security access control systems, general office administration, record management and customer service.
- Knowledge in security systems would be an advantage.
- Possess high level of integrity.
- Strong Command of English.
- Good written, verbal, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
