Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for a talented, experienced Software Test (QA) Lead with solid leadership/communication skills and a passion for testing. In this role, your primary responsibility will be supporting and leading a team through the Application Testing Lifecycle. This will entail collaborating with development, business, and other SQA test teams. You will work closely with teams to identify critical Test Scenarios and ensure quality of testing for the Payment & Cash platform. Position offers location flexibility. We are primarily looking for someone located in the Princeton, New York, and Boston Areas to be able to coordinate tasks with teams located in China/India/Boston/Toronto.
What you will be responsible for
As Software Tester and Lead, you will
- Design and oversee Test Plans, Test Matrices/Runbooks, and provide status reporting
- Coordinate and Test Application Stories and defects alongside your team
- Extensive experience with SDLC and Agile methodology
- Experience with RTC and JIRA
- Required experience with Transact product and Banking Domain
- Evaluate product functionality, create test strategies, execute and provide sign off
- Work with other test leads on Joint Integration and end to end testing across Multiple applications
- Be able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure to deliver code to Production
- Peer Review all testing documentation to ensure business requirements are covered

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- 3 - 5 years of testing experience
- Have led a team for at least 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
