Your new role

• Reporting directly into the Head of Procurement you will take the lead on implementing and developing the sourcing strategy to deliver value for the business.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across a wide range of indirect categories whilst being involved with resolving operational issues within each category.
• You will focus on developing and procuring a number of categories which will include MHE - forklifts. Returnables - pallets, MRO Parts, Couriers, Water - incoming, effluent and Lab Consumables & Services.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• To succeed in this role it is essential to have indirect procurement experience in one of the above categories.
• Strong stakeholder management/negotiation skills
• Ideally you will have experience supporting Operations/Manufacturing Teams through indirect sourcing strategies.
• Ability to 'think outside the box'
