You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

You'll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, including procurement, finance, marketing, sales and supply chain to develop a strong procurement function.

The position will also be responsible for responding to the market and new changes in regulations and policies, ensuring they are adhered to during the organisation's procurement process.

This is a brand new position at the company and it is a very exciting time to join the organisation with this new strategic plan being implemented.


What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Procurement Manager or Category Manager or similar position
• Previous leadership experience / team management experience - essential
• Be proficient with handling data and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Proven experience operating at a strategic level
• Self-starter who is driven and determined to develop their procurement career

At Job & Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work with an important company in the Warrington WA5 3TP area. THG is a leading global e-commerce technology group and brand owner, providing end-to-end e-commerce solutions for local and global brands.

Shift Patterns and Working Hours:

• Day shift: 9:30 - 18:00
• Night Shift: 18:00 - 02:30
• Rota: 5 in 3 off - rotating shift pattern

Due to the nature of the shift pattern you must be able to work any day of the week

Pay Rates

• Day Shift - £13.85 p/h - with enhanced weekend rate for days only at £15.29
• Night Shift - £15.42 p/h
• 30 minutes unpaid break

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

• Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
• Communication and numeracy skills - a good level of English is required.
• Good attention to details.
• Excellent Timekeeping and high performance.
• This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking and packing a varied range of products.
• Work will be assigned on different departments in the warehouse.
• Label, wrap and move pallets within the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
