Our client is a well-established, growing charity retailer. They currently have an exciting opportunity to join them in the position of Senior Store Manager to manage their existing key store on Portobello Road, London.
As the Shop Manager your primary responsibility is to maximise income generation and ensure all targets are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the Area Manager so they can understand your stock requirements and be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and health & safety of the shop.
• Responsible for the smooth running of the store in accordance with company guidelines
• Deliver annual store financial and contribution targets.
• Deliver against store KPI's.

Job Summary: Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join a buying team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and product selection, specifically within the lingerie, swimwear, or nightwear categories, with a preference for lingerie. This role involves supporting the buying team in selecting and managing product assortments to meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the selection and procurement of products within the lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear categories.
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Support the Senior Buyer in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform buying decisions.

Qualifications:

We are supporting a global telecoms business here in the heart of London as they are looking for a European Procurement Manager to cover most of the indirect procurement. This business is a leader in their field and has grown through acquisitions, therefore making this a diverse and interesting landscape to work in.
Your new role
As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of both IT & non-IT procurement (notably HR & Marketing spend) and others. You will be responsible for working with the Procurement Director to design and implement category and procurement strategies. Alongside this, you will be working with your key stakeholders in partnership to understand the needs of the business and drive the best value across the supply chain. After the supplier award, you will also be responsible for building on that relationship and ensuring supplier performance management where needed.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in indirect procurement with notable projects in IT/ HR/ marketing spend - or at least two of the three. You will have great stakeholder and supplier engagement skills, and ideally have experience working across an international supply base.

In return, whilst this is a fixed-term contract, it is a longer-term one we have seen - c 14 months in length with further opportunities within the business beyond this point. This business is in the centre of London with a hybrid working policy, the expectation being you are in the office 2-3 days per week. Here's what you'll be doing as the Marketing Analyst:

- Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new ASO opportunities across different types of apps
- Optimising app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and other metadata to improve search rankings and user conversion
- Attending client meetings, presenting findings and recommendations, and providing regular updates on project progress and performance
- Preparing reports with analysis for clients that highlight the impact of ASO efforts on their app's performance, utilising ASO tools to deliver data-driven insights
- Organising and prioritising monthly, weekly, and daily deliverables
- Contributing to and developing case studies on app marketing best practice and ASO trends

Here are the skills you'll need to succeed as the Marketing Analyst.

- A minimum of 1 years experience in an ASO role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in writing for various media formats preferred (e.g., blog posts, long-form articles, social media or video scripts)
- Strong desire to learn, open-minded and able to take feedback and constructive criticism in stride, using it to refine your work and grow as a professional
- Collaborative and curious self-starter with a demonstrated ability to keep projects moving and deliver great results on time without the need for too much oversight
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Creative and empathetic thinker, with a customer-first approach - experience in client management or customer service is preferred
- Confident manipulating data sets in Excel and working with PowerPoint. A flare for visual storytelling and data analysis - experience using SQL is a bonus.
- Experience in a marketing or agency environment is desirable
- Familiarity with mobile developments, apps, design, and user experience principles is a plus
- And a real interest in the fast-growing world of mobile/digital
