Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company goals.
- Coordinate and implement local marketing promotions, and events.
- Work with the marketing team to create marketing materials and social media contents.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, moltivate and manage a team of sales managers and executives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to motivate and enhance the team's performance.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Ensure great customer service and after sales support
4. Striving and Achieving Annual Budget
- Develop and manage the stores sales and marketing budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
5. Timely Report and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing activities.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic adjustments.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership and Good Analytical skill.
- Independent, Have initiatives, Good interpersonal skill and Excellent communication
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD ).
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation and marketing.
- in depth knowledge of the Italian culture, lifestyle, craftsmanship and luxurious brands to be able to promote and sell luxe Italian goods
