The Gi Group are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives/Bottling Hall Operators in Airdrie.
This position is a rotational day shift pattern starting at 7am until 7pm.
* Week 1 Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun
* Week 2 Wed/Thurs/Fri
Rate of pay is £12.00 per hour
The position is within a distillery.
The main responsibilties and tasks that a Bottling Hall Operator may perform include:
* Effectively operate various items of process equipment (filler/capper/cork & capsuler/labeller/case erector etc.) and carry out all other general packaging duties as required.
* Effectively carry out changeovers and routine maintenance to ensure the packaging process meets business objectives
* Operate as part of a close knit team in a Total Quality environment to ensure that finished goods meet required parameters of quality and specification.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
* Effectively complete process records/stock sheets and any other required documentation.
Having previous experience in a similar environment is essential along with good communication skills, the ability to work within a team and being computer literate.
