Arden and GEM CSU are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Transactional Procurement Assistant to join the Transactional Procurement Team. The main focus of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Procurement team and project support to the Senior Transactional Procurement Manager.
Although the role is based at Cardinal Square, Derby, after training on site, this role will be mainly home working, with the occasional requirement to travel to the office for face to face team meetings etc, if required.
• The Transactional Procurement team is evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers and stakeholders to ensure we deliver a valuable, trusted and compliant procurement service
• To deliver an effective and competent level of administration duties to deliver a client-focused service, to include converting purchase requisitions into orders and booking business travel.
• The successful individual will support the delivery of Transactional Procurement projects and support the Senior Transactional Procurement Manager in the delivery of the annual work plan; ensuring performance to key milestones and agreed key performance indicators are achieved.
