The main duties of the job are to support the Medical Records Manager and Team Leader as follows:
• Day to day supervision of staff and to ensure that all teams are supported to locate, prepare and provide case notes for all outpatient attendances and emergency admissions
• Recruitment and selection of new staff
• Ensure induction and training of staff in liaison with departmental leadership team
• Reporting of sickness absence and completion of back to work interviews
• Prepare and adapt staff rotas
