ALWAYS ON TELECOM Always on Telecom is Vodafone business dealer and looking for full time Retail Store Manager to work at Maddington, WA Australia, on full time basis, 38 hours per week. Ensure adequate staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees to meet labour targets. Lead, train, and assign tasks to maximize team performance. Evaluate competencies, delegate responsibilities effectively, offer feedback and coaching, and monitor progress. Promote a positive team culture and open communication for greater success and satisfaction. Update staff regularly on business performance, new initiatives, and other important issues while setting and motivating them to meet sales targets. Improving operations by monitoring the performances of shifts run by supervisors and assistant managers. Using systems and processes that assist in this regard by providing constructive feedback and insights. Execute performance appraisals to encourage the team to perform better. Ensure a good level of succession planning. Responsible for the training of staff concerning new introductions using several assessments and skill checks. Monitor and manage the overall smooth functioning of the store. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements, solving customer complaints, feedback, and queries, and a safe and clean store environment. Monitor the stock level and manage stock ordering and inventory to ensure the availability of products all the time. Maximise gross profit by minimizing waste, ensure waste is recorded, and perform stock takes following time frames and guidelines. Maximise sales growth by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the product mix, service promotion, local marketing, promotional material display plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Ensure that the display and presentation of stocks and promotional materials are up-to-date. Achieves financial objectives by preparing a budget and sales targets, scheduling expenses, analysing sales variances, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective action. Ensure that the hygiene and sanitation facilities are up to date while maintaining overall presentation. Ensure smooth store functioning, adhering to policies and administration Hold meetings with supervisors to avoid miscommunication and streamline store operations.
