The Store Optimisation Coordinator helps streamline retail operations, enhance customer service models and contributes to overall retail performance.
Key Accountabilities
Assist in the development and evolution of operational excellence standards for the retail business, including customer service, process improvements and VM execution
Contribute to the creation and refinement of key store processes and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency, alignment and best practices across brands while maintaining any brand-specific nuances and strategies
