NuCare, the PHOENIX UK Group’s new Dispensing Appliance Contractor, is currently expanding its operational team in its newly built and state-of-the-art facility in Telford, Shropshire.

About the opportunity:
We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our existing team in our NuCare Depot, based in Telford, Distribution Centre.
You will be working within a busy warehouse supporting your team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) that ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations. You will ensure all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail which is crucial to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a safe, secure and timely manner.
You will ensure all standards are in line with ISO, GPD, Health and Safety and MHRA regulations and guidelines alongside managing your local budget.
To succeed in this role warehouse supervisory experience is essential.
In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.

Salary
£27,300 Per Annum, with an hourly rate of £14
Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 11am-8pm.
Training and Support
You will receive a comprehensive induction from the Learning and Development Facilitators.

Essential Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English
- Proven warehouse experience
- An understanding of laws and regulations relating to Health & Safety
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised
Desirable:
- IOSH Qualification
- First Aid Qualification
- Fire Marshall
- Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems
- An understanding of GDP regulation
