Job Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of air cargo handlers.
• Manage air cargo shipments and documents.
• Coordinate and manage shipments with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Min. Local Diploma in logistics, supply chain or relevant.
• Fresh grads without experience are welcome to apply, as candidates will be placed under 6-month trainee program.
• Those without diploma but with relevant working experience are welcome to apply too.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrate supervisory skills.
• Comfortable with shift work.
• Availability to work flexible hours as required by flight schedules and operational needs.

Job Descriptions:

• Able to work in warehouse to understand operational requirements in terms of prioritizing jobs / orders, safety, and usage of Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders.
• Able to prepare workflow, perform cycle counts and audits.
• Support manager in achieving 100% stock accuracy through work improvement.
• Support manager in keeping warehouse clean, R&M repair and reports.
• Ensure compliance of warehouse standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Liaise with Customer Service staff to ensure timely completion of inbound and outbound jobs.
• Perform other related warehousing duties or ad-hoc job assigned by Superior / Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification in GCE O` level/NITEC/Diploma with core study in Supply Chain Management will have an added advantage.
• Well verse in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and other Software Tools.
• No prior working experience is required.
• Responsible and able to work in fast-paced environment with proactiveness and positive mindset.
• Willing to learn new tasks and have passion in leading the team in changes.
• Physically fit to work in Warehouse environment.
