Responsibilities:
· Reviews and processes purchase orders
· Maintains records of goods ordered and received
· Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price to meet high quality standards
· Schedules deliveries and proactively ensures timely fulfilment of orders within strict deadlines
· Collaborates with fellow Store managers/executive to monitor inventory and determine supply needs
· Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.
· Stays ahead of trends in procurement
· Executes and collates documents for billing and payment
· Generate monthly costing report
· Prepares and presents monthly WIP meeting minutes
· Effectively handles ad hoc assignments or tasks as required
Requirements:
· Diploma/NITEC or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Logistics/Supply Chain Management
· Highly motivated and eager to learn
· Initiative, independent, self-driven, responsible and result oriented, and takes ownership of tasks
· Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
