Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore and is currently looking for Store Assistant / Logistics Executive (5 days per week) to handle incoming and outgoing of electronics equipment/spare items.

Responsibilities

• In charge of store planning and store upkeep, and ensure that store area is kept clean
• Inventory control of store items and this include receipt of items
• Ensures that goods in are entered into IT system
• Ensure that all goods are properly handled and placed in designated shelving
• Perform stock take as scheduled
• Records and maintains relevant stock records
• Update and maintain proper documentation of items movement
• Prepare Monthly Spare Reports

Job Requirement

• NITEC, Higher NITEC in Logistics, Store Management, Supply Chain or Engineering disciplines
• ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with IT knowledge and 1 year experience in store keeping / logistics
• Physically fit, able to carry load
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
• Possess basic computer knowledge

• Involved in sourcing for suppliers of technology equipment (locally and within Asia) for best quotes and quality of products.
• Will be responsible to handle purchase orders from order, sourcing, manage delivery and inspection items.
• Perform administration related to the upkeep and safeguard of items purchased.
• Make sure delivery to respective clients are placed and monitored closely.

Position Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Materials, Supply Chain, Business Management field or the equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing role - knowledge in technology products such as Desktop/Laptop, IT Equipment (Network, Routers, Switches), Security Devices.
• Flexible with work hours, strong organisation skills, coordination management and advance knowledge in MS Office Applications (eg: Excel).
• Strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors in negotiation.
• Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert to conduct research and provide advice to stakeholders, to enable informed business decisions aligned with the Bank’s sustainability agenda
• Identify, evaluate, and engage with suppliers to foster strategic partnerships aimed at driving sustainability improvements
• Develop precise sustainability specifications and business requirements for vendor products and services that are integral to the Bank's operations

Requirements

• Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 8 years of experience in driving sustainable supply chain agenda or related fields of work.
• Strong track record of relevant experience and accomplishments in a related field
• Familiar with concepts such as materiality, risk management, human rights, fair labour standards, modern slavery, ethics, anti-corruption, occupational health and safety, and restorative procurement, etc.
• Customer-focused, excellent relationship management and communications skills.
