This is an on-site, in-person position supporting our customer in the Jersey Shore area.

What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.

Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. May be involved in budgeting and financial requirements. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.
 

Suture and Endomechanical Inventory Management department

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings at the reasonable request of the Customer
• Retrieve products in scope for assigned departments from the designated receiving area
• Organize Product Racks
• Restock Products in scope to main/assess stocking locations
• Review back order reports and mitigate risks caused by backorder
• Cycle count main/asset stocking areas
• Create and forward order
• Communicate with nursing and materials staff regarding any issues or needs they might have with the inventory
• Meet with management staff to discuss needs, backorders, and any other relevant information pertaining to the Products covered
• Review back order reports and mitigate risks caused by the backorder
• Utilize trending reports for spikes or dips for potential PAR adjustments
• Handle expiring items by placing indicator for items nearing expiration and removing items expiring that month or before next expiration check
• Deliver monthly reporting metrics
• Attend and participate in monthly site manager call

Qualifications

• High school diploma, associates or Bachelors preferred
• 2-5 years experience in inventory management, healthcare, or project management preferred
• Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required

Anticipated hourly range: $35.80 per hour - $46.08 per hour

What Inventory Mgmt contributes to Cardinal Health

Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Accountabilities

• Analyze historical data and input from Sales to forecast demand by customer, item, and product class
• Determine parameter settings in the replenishment system: safety stock, lead times, and order cycle
• Purchase order maintenance and driving supplier performance in the most efficient manner
• Expedite inbound shipments and prioritize key purchase orders as required to achieve key performance metrics
• Apply LEAN principles in collaboration with suppliers to reduce cycle time and improve fill rates
• Align suppliers with Operations to minimize total systems cost and manage inventory levels
• Drive cross-functional demand and supply planning with internal stakeholders and external manufacturers

• Comply with laws and regulations as they pertain to services provided by the Company. This includes supporting and demonstrating compliance with the Company’s Compliance and HIPAA Plans.
• Promptly report any information regarding a known or suspected violation of any applicable laws, regulations, standards or company policy.
• Represent the culture and values of the Company to other groups, agencies and the general public, and ensure accuracy of public information materials.
• As applicable, attend in-service, continuing education or seminar programs to stay current with industry and community trends.
• Attend all required Compliance, HIPAA and other scheduled training.
• As applicable, present to management and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years experience preferred
• Preferred experience in supply chain, demand planning and/or procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
