崗位職責

• 為採購團隊提供高效率的日常支援；
• 與供應商聯絡以獲得報價請求；
• 負責文書和行政職責，例如發出採購訂單、追蹤合約進度和審核發票；
• 追蹤庫存和交貨狀態；
• 執行上級指派的任何臨時任務；
• 能夠妥善處理敏感資訊並保持機密性。

職位要求

• 候選人必須至少擁有文憑/學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位或同等學歷；
• 所需語言：英語、馬來語、中文（與以中文為主的供應商聯絡）；
• 鼓勵應屆畢業生/入門級申請者申請；
• 候選人必須具備出色的計劃和組織能力、溝通能力並且對截止日期敏感；
