Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation media buying, with proficiency in managing Facebook and Google Ads for financial & home improvement campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns for clients in the financial and home improvement sectors.
- Use Facebook and Google Ads platforms to strategically target and engage with the right audiences.
- Prepare compelling ad copies and creative materials for landing & pre-landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals, target audience profiles, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
- Inclination towards international content, performance buying & direct response marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in digital advertising.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value delivered and progress towards KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Generation Media Buyer with affiliate marketing background is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on lead generation.
- Familiarity with ad networks and platforms commonly used in lead generation advertising.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Willingness to work in US/UK time zones.
