After 6 weeks:

• Basic rate £13.73 per hour
• Premium night rate from 6PM to 6AM additional £1.79 per hour.
• 50 minute break will be paid

Overtime reconciled over a 4-weekly period; threshold 169 hours in a month's period. Whatever is on top of those hours gets paid at £18.48 per hour (£19.87 per hour for night shifts). There is potential of up to 2hrs of overtime available each day!
