Job Description:
- Manage day to day store operations, supervisory duties and job tasks as required
- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing good customer service throughout
- Motivated to drive sales and manage store's financial performance/budgets to ensure profitability
- Create a positive working environment, providing efficient and friendly service whilst ensuring total quality experience for both customers and staff alike
- Planning staff roster and manpower flow
- Provide training to new staff
- Manage store inventory
- Deliver outstanding service and satisfaction in food and beverages to all patrons of the store
- Manage safety and hygiene standards within store
- Inject tone and personality into the store by being an advocate on training, possessing great customer service skills and vast product knowledge, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to upkeeping the company's standards
- Attend Managers’ meetings, tabulate and submit store reports in an organized manner
- Any other duties specified by the company as vested from time to time
Requirement(s):
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Possess strong work ethics and high level of integrity in accordance to the company's guiding principles, setting the example of the organization's policies and standard for performance
- Able to multitask and priortise tasks effectively in a rational and organized manner including running a team, managing a shift and making store operation decisions
- Competent leadership skills with a proven track record
