We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Communication Representative to oversee our communication strategies to work at NFQ Vietnam - Hochiminh Office. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the creation and distribution of compelling content across various platforms, building the brand’s public image, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging aligned with the organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a strategic approach to managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
In this role, you will
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and brand identity; ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
- Lead the development of high-quality content for various channels, including website, blogs, social media, press releases, and newsletters.
- Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic dissemination of information.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and drives audience engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, grow followers, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms.
- Handle media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and craft press releases to promote key initiatives and announcements.
- Plan and execute communication strategies for corporate events, podcasts and webinars.
- Monitor public perception and develop initiatives to enhance and protect the company’s reputation.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree inCommunications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field with strong understanding of communication principles and methodologies.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing roles.
- Agile mindset, collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven track record in managing communications in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent public speaking skills.
- Experience in the IT industry is a strong plus.
