Role Purpose:
Passionate about Health & Beauty? Want to be part of an innovative, trend setting retailer? As the Social Media Executive for Store Social, you will report to the Social Media Manager with the goal to support & inspire the store teams to grow their presence across localized store social media pages and create highly engageable content.
A typical day in this role includes:
Work with the Social Media Manager and team to plan and implement the social media strategy with the goal to drive growth and engagement across the Superdrug social media channels, including store pages.
Be the key contact for store & field teams, providing guidance on best-in-class social media activity, latest trends and inspiration for content.
Build and analyse performance trackers, to report key store social media KPIs to the business.
Utilise social listening tools and work with agency & social platform contacts to strengthen & streamline store social media reporting.
Provide store teams with resources and support needed to activate key campaign and brand messages across their social pages.
Work with brand partners to host social media competitions & incentives to drive awareness of exclusive product launches across store social media pages.
Build exposure to wider social media tasks, including but not limited to content scheduling, briefing content agencies, supporting with management of social competitions and content creation (shooting, filming and editing content) for main Superdrug social media pages.
Be the eyes and ears for emerging social media platforms and trends.
Work closely and collaboratively with wider regional, digital and marketing teams.

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
