Key Role:

Our Communication team is a small team who work various shifts that run a 24/7 operation. In this position you will be responsible for answering calls that come to any of the Banner facilities, these calls can be from patients, patients family members, external vendors, internal teams (security, facility management). POSITION SUMMARY
This position coordinates and processes all codes, emergencies and responses for several facilities. Provides quality customer service and accurate information to internal and external customers by efficiently processing and responding to all incoming, outgoing, interdepartmental & inter-facility calls as well as alphanumeric paging, overhead paging and after hours on call requests for several departments within the same facilities.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Responds to, processes and documents all code arrests, traumas, fire alarms (including troubles, disables and tests), emergencies and disasters following established policies and procedures for several facilities and the organization’s central call center using computer based emergency procedures and group pages. Notifies appropriate hospital/facility personnel and coordinates communication with facility-based staff, local fire jurisdictions, alarm monitoring companies and other external constituents as required.

2. Understands and appropriately utilizes all emergency backup equipment and procedures to maintain facility communications in the event of equipment or system failures including evacuation/relocation procedures of department staff and functions. Must understand and be able to assist in setting up emergency communications at each facility in the event of communication failure. Must be able to page codes, notify emergency personnel, process calls and associated functions via phone and hand held microphones using downtime procedures including hard copy code procedures, directories, personnel lists and on call schedules.

3. Accurately and efficiently processes a high volume of incoming, outgoing and interdepartmental calls providing information to callers and responding to caller requests in a professional, confidential and courteous manner. Follows written and computer based procedures to ensure that calls are processed according to individual facility guidelines.

4. Uses the integrated computer/telephone (CTI) workstation to access information for a designated group of facilities, processing calls for patients, facilities, staff, departments, physicians and the community at large. Locates database information quickly and process calls accurately utilizing computer based directories, web based and database on-call schedules, physician/staff rosters, patient databases, organization’s intranet, and other available resources.

5. Functions as an answering service for numerous on-call groups/physicians for several facilities by documenting required information from patients, staff and physicians. Contacts designated on-call personnel and relays accurate, time critical information prior to connecting them to the caller in a prompt manner as set forth by each on-call group/physician. Follows detailed instructions established by each group/physician and shows initiative and problem solving skills when having difficulty reaching active on-call staff. Maintains accurate on-call documentation on appropriate log sheet as set forth by each group/physician.

6. Proactively and continuously identifies opportunities to improve processes and enhance database information. Presents findings and recommendations to management.

7. Works closely with all departments, staff and customers at several facilities to ensure efficient operations. Customers include patients, employees, volunteers, departments, physicians, organizational entities, external vendors and the community at large.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge. Reading, writing and math skills.

Must possess good oral and written communication, as well as listening skills to effectively interact pleasantly and calmly with incoming callers. Must possess basis computer skills, including familiarity with computer keyboards. THE JOB

The Event Staff and Security at the Xfinity Center is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service, crowd control, searches at our entrance gates, and helping to maintain a high level of safety at our venue. All employees must adhere to established COVID-19 safety regulations and procedures.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Provide a customer friendly environment.
• Greet and assist guests to seating area and offer other services as needed.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.
• Search and screen individuals to prevent passage of prohibited items into the venue.
• Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.
• Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to provide a positive and safe experience for all.
•  Alert guests of venue rules, as well as report any infractions or violations.
• Write reports of activities and irregularities such as guest incidents or ejections, equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors gates. 
• Provide general assistance to guests and other staff members to promote an environment in line with the core values of Live Nation.
• Assist in post-show cleanup of assigned area within the venue.

The Opportunity: 

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a network engineer for classified systems on our team, you will use your experience in network design and architecture to support the nation’s defense and respond to evolving adversaries. You will upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex network issues, maximize performance, analyze working infrastructure, and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems. You will apply your expertise in routing and switching, integration of encryption gear, network design and architecture, network transport layers, multi-protocol label switching, gateway protocol, virtual routing, and forwarding as you guide our team of problem-solvers to help evolve and deploy new capabilities and technologies.

You Have: 

• 12+ years of experience in IT or network engineering domains
• Experience with administering SCI Net and designing intelligence community (IC) or customer mission networks
• Experience with administering networks with diverse operating systems, including Windows or Linux, and maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience with hybrid cloud network design and operations, including designing, building, and configuring hybrid virtual or physical networks based on specific mission requirements
• Experience with installing network hardware and software
• Experience with virtual machines and administration of VMWare ESXi servers and with cloud-based networking technologies, including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) and Network Security Groups (NSGs)
• Experience working with routing policies, network architecture, IP subnetting and configuring, and racking cabling routers, switches, and network appliances
• Experience working with access control and network layer administration
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience as a Cisco Network Architect
• Experience in NetApp design and programming
• Experience on teams handling network upscaling, storage growth, and executing migration effort
• Experience with security tools and devices, including packet inspection, network monitoring, web proxy, intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, or penetration tools
• Experience working with network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, UPD, BGP, and OSPF
• Knowledge of basic scripting in support of automation tasks, including Python, Perl, Bash, and PowerShell
• Knowledge of network orchestration and automation
• Ability to design a software storage and maintenance network and repository
• Bachelor's degree
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, CCST, JNCIA, or Network+ Certification
