We are in need for a committed, proactive bar manager who can also successfully manage our Restaurant and party halls with the help of service staff.. You should be an experienced person who would enjoy working in an exciting, 120-seated Indian Restaurant with an upstairs hall which can additionally hold another 80 guests.

As a bar manager at Neelagiree, he/she Should be familiar and be able to make all Indian mocktails and cocktails, with in-depth knowledge of handling a busy bar. He should have knowledge in Indian snacks which will be served at bar counter. He should have a good knowledge about Indian dishes, especially the dishes served at Neelagiree as we serve specialized Indian Dishes.
He/she will be responsible for the comfort and enjoyment of guests and should have excellent customer service skills.
He/she
ensure that staff members are old enough to work in a bar and have a license to serve alcohol. They also verify that patrons are of drinking age.
oversee the bar's inventory, ensuring it's stocked and maintaining ties with vendors and will be responsible for the health and safety of both customers and staff. Should schedule the staff rota, taking into account periods of high and low demand.
organize and check the team's work, and may implement new work methods and systems. Also Need to ensure the bar is clean and well-organized, which can impress guests and help staff be more efficient.
Bar managers should have strong leadership and personnel management skills.
Bar managers may need to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

About us
The role is part of the Vale of Glamorgan, ALN Service, within the Vale of Glamorgan’s Wellbeing and ALN Directorate. The job is working in a well-established Speech Language and Communication team, based in a primary resource base, which is part of a Vale of Glamorgan School.

The role will entail working with pupils form 0-25, within the resource base and across the Vale of Glamorgan through Outreach. The role entails supervision of other LSAs and liaison with two teaching members of staff.

You would be part of small but energetic and supportive team who are passionate about supporting pupils with ALN.

Pay Details: Level 3: Grade 5 with LSA SEN allowance

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 30 hrs, 5 days per week, permanent.

Main Place of Work: Work would be based in a Vale of Glamorgan School, (Ysgol Y Ddraig) but extend across the Vale of Glamorgan in schools and EY settings .

About you
The successful candidate will, be an excellent practitioner, with a good level of English and Maths and could be a good role model for speech, language, and communication. The successful candidate would have an interest and passion for ALN and specifically SLCN. Experience of working with pupils of primary age with ALN and specifically Speech and Language barriers to learning and have some knowledge and experience of different strategies and approaches for pupils with ALN would be invaluable. The role requires an enthusiastic, team player with a flexible approach and good communication skills, and a desire to work with and inspire other LSAs.

Job Description

- Leads the communication strategy crafting and campaign development for an assigned business/businesses within an identified consumer segment, guided by keen understanding of the consumer behavior, the cultural context, the category landscape, the channel mix, and the businesses’ product portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market approach.
- Oversees an internal/external channels/media and creative team to assemble a communications go-to-market plan to launch new products, devices, services, or branded experience for their assigned business/businesses; manages the project deliverables and stewards the campaigns to launch and monitoring. Reports to one of the Integration Brand Comms Leads.

• Carries the view of all campaigns planned by their assigned business/businesses within the quarter/semester/year and is able to align these with masterbrand equity-building efforts and to track success of business/brand proposition, and to link these to cumulative segment penetration over time.

• Understands the Globe masterbrand –  target audience segments, attributes and equity, branding identity, and assets; is able to guide and align segment campaign design.

• Guides a team of channels/media and creatives, whether internal and external, to design, build, and launch business-targeted campaigns that show deep insight (consumer/culture/category/product) leading to a well-thought-out role of the brand; that use the ideal communication channel mix given the audience; that accurately express the campaign intent across creative formats or executions; that comply with pre-set rules, guidelines and approval SLA for ASC, DTI, and relevant external partner or, agencies;  and which can be properly measured against identified brand health attributes. 

• Monitors and ensures delivery of all partner agency output and irons out contractual and administrative requirements to ensure smooth operation.
