The Sales Manager, Event Sponsorships is responsible for new business development for the Annual Pan Asian Regulatory Summit produced and hosted by the Legal Media Group. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities and sales development, pitching and closing new sales, deal negotiation and eventually customer retention and relationship management. This role is expected to maintain a sales pipeline forecast and report, creating visibility of customer accounts, and an ability to report market trends to internal stakeholders. The role also requires candidate work closely with the product and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About the Role

• Own and be accountable to achieve sales targets independently

About You

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 8 years of sales experience, and a minimum 4 years in sponsorship sales experience in a B2B industry
• Advantageous to have worked within the legal/compliance/risk/regulatory communities in Asia
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must, advantageous to speak other Asian languages
• Advantageous to have worked closely Asian based customers in a B2B setting

Provide event registration consultancy, overall registration and stakeholders’ management including event registration planning, management and execution to ensure clients’ satisfaction and continued business. Lead and guide the team to ensure seamless delivery of assigned projects/events.

Key Accountabilities:

Event registration consultancy

• Provide sound event registration advice and solutions to stakeholders base on experience
• Offer measured recommendations relevant to the needs of the project and/or clients

Overall project registration management

• Manage the registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
