The Praytell Advantage
Why join Praytell Australia?
- We’re a global agency that’s just warming up in Australia. We work under one global P&L – which means access to world-class thinking, tech and tools, global insights, and networking, along with the mandate and ambition to build something uniquely Australian (and awesome) championed by our growing local team.
- Creative isn’t just a department here. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve the way we work, challenge the status quo, and leave the industry a little better than we found it. That culminates in our global DEI initiatives, including our inaugural Praytell Intownships program here in Australia.
- We work hard to foster a thoroughly flexible working environment which culminates in our “40 by Friday” work week (ask us about this, and we’ll happily share more!)
- We believe you do your best work where works for you, so we operate a hybrid schedule, working two days per week from our Cremorne, Melbourne office.
- With offices across the U.S., U.K., and Australia, as well as many sister agencies across our Project Worldwide network, there are opportunities for global collaboration and immersion – including our personal favourite, Camp Praytell (this year, we headed to Nashville, Tennessee for our company offsite).
- We have a flexible time off policy which includes 20 days annual leave per year, in addition to Christmas to New Year’s Day as gifted holidays. Need more? Let’s talk.
- Parental leave benefits and flexible return to work arrangements that we’re proud of.
- Access to our employee assistance program, which includes mental health support and counselor access for you and your family.
Equal Opportunity Employer
We are an equal opportunity employer. We welcome everyone at Praytell and do not discriminate. Period. All qualified applicants will receive consideration in accordance with state and federal legal requirements, and because it’s the right thing to do. We take the responsibility of caring for our employees seriously and offer benefits that prove it - flexible time off (we truly mean it!), flexible schedules, hybrid work, employee resource groups - and so, so, so much more.
