The Integrated Media Executive role will primarily be responsible for day-to-day accounts’ campaign management, operations, and reporting & reconciliation.
Expectations of an Integrated Media Executive:
1. Buying
- Checking with media vendors for rates and value additions
- Coordinating with local/regional vendors for ad bookings, OOH booking
- Coordinating with regional hub for digital ads booking (Meta, DV360, TikTok)
- Preparing copy instructions/material specifications and liaising with media vendors and creative agencies for material submission requirements and deadlines
- Advising on site-tagging requirements on clients' sites/apps and ensuring proper ad serving and firing of tags
- Monitoring campaigns and preparing reporting schedules based on client/campaign arrangements (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
2. Reporting & Reconciliation
- Preparing monthly/end-of-campaign reports with meaningful insights and learnings
- Preparing actual to billing team.
- Assisting the finance team's buyer in resolving issues with vendors' invoices
