Job Responsibilities
• Administer employee benefits program including insurance plan/welfare program and company events.
• Manage and handle employee’s records in Success Factor.
• Administer and manage specific modules for SAP-SF HRIS (leave).
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Manage office administration including reception, office supplies and service providers.
• Manage and support top management and administration of international assignees.
• Assist with business traveling arrangement and coordination while adhering to business travel policy.
• Coordinate Executive events and functions.
• Assist with monthly meeting scheduling and taking of minutes.
• General administration duties and ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
• Min. Higher NITEC in Human Resources, Business or related fields.
• Min. 1-2 years of related experience, proven experience as an Admin Officer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, meticulous and conscientious.
• Strong written & interpersonal skills.
• Proactive individual with good planning & organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
