CACI is looking for a Technical Writer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Enterprise Communication Services 3 (ECS3) program.
On the ECS3 program, CACI will deliver network and unified communications (UC) capabilities and services to operate and enhance DIA’s LAN, WAN, an UC services across multiple unclassified and classified levels as well as collateral networks, specifically DoDIIS.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will be responsible for supporting the production of documentation and reports from program systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Authoring content in accordance with guidance and inputs from the team
- Work with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Proofreading material to ensure conformance to DIA, U.S. Combatant Command and CACI standards
- Review of technical documentation
- Production of technical and scientific illustrations
- Formatting documents in accordance with CACI and DIA style guides
- Technical awareness and ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Provide responsive, timely and high-quality support to end users regarding their technical inquiries, providing resolution through critical thinking, technical proficiency, and excellent communication
- Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via emails, chat, and collaboration tools
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of updated network and UC technologies to ensure accurate solutions to customers
- Ability to learn new concepts very quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of performance with strong multitasking abilities
- Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality – The environment is highly dynamic
- Ability to organize and plan work independently
- Communicate effectively and collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peers

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and SharePoint

- Ability to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance
- Rising college junior or senior, expected graduation 2025-2026
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$33,700-$58,100
