Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, focusing on managing channels, driving conversions, and handling UGC content
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools
• Experience in creating engaging content and maintaining an active social media presence to increase engagement (e.g., more stories, interactive posts)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and sales-focused
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency
