About the team:
The Learning Solutions and development team will support the development of eLearning content for the HORIZON XE and IBS core products. The team will also have to develop Learn More content which is user assistance that is linked into each product for our clients.

What you will be doing:
- Knowledge of Instructional Design models and learning theories.
- Experience in course development tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and RISE), Camtasia, Audacity, etc.
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard/script writing
- Ability to navigate Learning Management Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of LMS.
What you bring:
- 2- 6 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
- Provide instructional design, development, maintenance and technical production of task/job based client training on FIS products/solutions using state of the art tools, technologies and methodologies.
- Create standard and custom training programs in multiple modalities including traditional instructor-led courses, virtual (webinar) courses (synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, self-paced course materials, multi-media eLearning courses and training kits that support client end user programs. Designing user interactions on web pages.
- Conducts and analyzes training needs assessments following conventional instructional design methodologies.
- Designs and develops criterion-based training assessments.
- Understanding of LMS system.
