Senior Account Executive (Also known as Senior Planning Executive, Senior Client Executive)
The purpose of the Senior Planning Executive role is to autonomously plan and implement client campaigns -they are ultimately responsible for the delivery of all client activity. They will help lead the delivery of communication plans and management of digital campaigns from buying and implementation through to reporting and the delivery of holistic campaign learnings. The Senior Planning Executive is to work in collaboration with the wider team to deliver integrated and creative plans that considers all vehicles (display, SEM, SEO, Social) and mainstream media at every possible opportunity. The Senior Planning Executive ensures attention to detail in all facets of their work and will take responsibility for any errors that occur. Experience required: Minimum 3-4 years’ experience understanding and working knowledge of Australian Media Landscape and digital marketing advertising. Preferably a University degree or higher education qualifications. Expert understanding and working knowledge of Australian medialandscape. Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Have an understanding and experience using the following tools: eTAM, BMD, Roy Morgan, EMMA, eRAM, Nielsen Digital / Answers, Sizmek and/or DCM, MOVE, AQX Fusion
Salary:$75 –90k package
Account Manager (Also known as Client Manager, Planning Manager, Associate Account Manager, Associate Client Manager, Associate Planning Manager)
The purpose of the Account Manager role is to create media strategy and implementation recommendations across all media for clients and oversee the delivery of all campaigns. This role requires skills in creativity, media planning, media marketplace, tools and market dynamics. The Account Manager is also responsible for directly managing any Co-ordinators and Planning Executives within the client team and supporting the senior client leads in managing the client relationship through regular communication, presentations, WIP’s, and financial process. Experience Required: 3-4 years’ industry experience. Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Possess sound financial management skills. Strong media understanding including an understanding and experience in using the full suite of media planning and measurement tools.
Salary: $80k-$100k package
Associate Account Director (Also known as Associate Client Director, Associate Planning Director, Senior Account Manager, Senior Planning Manager, Senior Client Manager)
This role is focused around communications planning, account service and leading a team of direct and indirect reports. For this role, we require someone who is comfortable in establishing and owning senior level client relationships and helping drive the client forward in regards to their media/marketing plans. This role also offers you the opportunity to test and learn new things allowing you to be at the forefront of new learning. The purpose of the Associate Account Director is to ensure that client service is of an exceptionally high standard. The Associate Account Director works closely with the Account Director and/or Business Director and/or Group Business Director to ensure that the product delivered to clients is best in class and in line with the agency’s values. Experience required: 4-5 years industry experience, people management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills , client Leadership ,excellent presentation skills, sound business acumen ,strong understanding of media channels, understanding of media systems.
Salary: $90k-$110k package
Account Director (Also known as Client Director, Planning Director)
The purpose of the Account Director is to lead the development of media strategy and communication plans across their client portfolio. They are ultimately responsible for their teams work & output. They must ensure attention to detail in all facets of their teams work and take responsibility for any errors that occur. It is expected that they will participate in, embrace and lead training forums for their team and where applicable the common good of the agency. The Account Director is also responsible for developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with all clients - they should look to own the Marketing Manager level client relationship, and in some instances at the Marketing Director level. Account Directors will be called on to assist or lead New Business opportunities
Salary: $100k - $130k package
Business Director (Also known as Client Partner)
This role is focused on driving client business relationship and deliver best in class business and communications solutions for clients. The Business Director role includes: ultimate responsibility in overseeing and managing accounts, manage client expectations, anticipate client needs, resolve issues, identify client business requirements and work with team and cross functional teams to deliver the right solutions. Proactively source and present media / group solutions to help grow your client’s business
Experience Required: 8-10 years industry experience at the minimum, people management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills , client leadership ,excellent presentation skills, sound business acumen, strong understanding of media channels understanding of media systems.
Salary – over threshold so no need to advertise
Group Business Director (Also known as Client Partner)
Purpose of the role is to inspire and manage the client team and specialists to deliver world class work, service and partnerships. Deliver services and products that drives marketing led growth for our clients. Develop trusted and positive senior client relationships e.g. CMO, Marketing Director and ensure the agency team is acting as a true marketing partner. Develop internal and external client action plans that: Drives you and your team to deliver against client needs in a style which makes your client consider you their most valued business partner. Identify opportunities to deliver marketing led growth via our diversified service. Custodian of the whole client contract, scope of work and have a plan in place to safeguard any upcoming renewals/negotiations (with General Manager/Managing Director). Experience Required: 12-15 years industry experience, people management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills , client leadership, excellent presentation skills, sound business acumen, strong understanding of media channels, understanding of media systems.
All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
