As the Event & Project Executive, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and coordination of various events and projects. You will work closely with the event and project management team to ensure successful delivery, exceptional client experiences, and the achievement of project objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the planning and coordination of events and projects, including timelines, resources, and logistics.
2. Research and provide recommendations on vendors, venues, and suppliers.
3. Support the execution of events and projects, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
4. Coordinate event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment rentals, and vendor coordination.
5. Provide on-site support during events and projects to ensure seamless execution.
6. Assist with event setup, logistics, and coordination of event staff, volunteers, and vendors.
7. Help manage event/project schedules, activities, and quality control.
Job Requirements
1. At least 1 year experience in event planning, project coordination, or related roles.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event/project schedules.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
