Exciting Internal Communications Opportunity in Technical and Safety Department!
We have an exciting opening within the Internal Communications Team aligned with the Technical and Safety Department. This role is ideal for someone with prior communications experience in a fast-paced environment, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (8:30-16:45) and Friday (8:30-15:00). Flexibility can be discussed based on business needs.
If successful, you will be employed by Manpower on a temporary ongoing basis until December 2024, with potential for extension. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain high standards in safety communications and uphold company values and behaviours.
- Collaborate with the safety communications network, offering friendly and high-level safety communications support.
- Attend key safety meetings, share information via SharePoint, and support event management for safety activities.
What do you need?
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft packages (Word, PPT, Excel), and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in written and creative communications.
- Ability to analyse and present data, with effective planning and prioritisation skills.

Upon successful selection, you will be engaged by Manpower for a temporary assignment at our client's site. As part of the onboarding process, you will be required to undergo BPSS checks and participate in a drug & alcohol test
