The purpose of this role is to raise brand awareness and generate interest in the services of Eurofins in the region (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia). The successful candidate will work as an individual contributor on initiatives which are pertaining to the broader Eurofins brand, whilst working closely with operational entities for initiatives to be executed for / within operating businesses.
The individual will be responsible for the following set of activities:
- Eurofins external branding and communication:
- Content development and communication on the Eurofins social media pages.
- Co-ordinating PR for specific initiatives being taken, including CSR initiatives.
- Create communication material for building the Eurofins brand – boiler plates for PR, presentations, videos etc.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a high standard of content being generated for social media channels, blogs and the company website on a regular basis.
- Operational Eurofins Legal Entity (ELE) branding support:
- Work with the branding / marketing teams of operational ELEs to support their brand building initiatives. Specifically focus on ensuring a consistent design approach across ELEs, and to ensure that the Eurofins brand guidelines are maintained.
- Support operational teams on content creation for online media, PR, particularly when new services, products or sites are launched.
- Work with site managers/directors to increase saliency of the Eurofins brand, its mission and values through visual communication in the sites.
- Employer branding:
- Support business HR partners (BHRP) of operational ELEs to craft and implement employer branding strategies to attract premium talent for roles across the functions.
- Develop communication campaigns that can be used by the BHRPs to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen employee value propositions and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms.
- Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees and help build the brand ambassadors program.
