We're seeking candidates with the appropriate backgrounds in video editing. In addition to the stated Performance Requirements below, you should be willing and able to work over-time on some weekdays and weekends (with compensation), as our client/ project schedules require.

Your video editing work supports the branding/digital marketing projects of MNCs, national broadcast, commercial, and social organisations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Executive Producer, from the production to post-production stages.
- Edit video footage using digital tools (i.e. Adobe Premiere pro, After Effects).
- Review scripts to create a shot selection list based on the scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
- Create rough and final cuts, with logical sequencing.
- Transcribe audio interviews, logging.
- Create basic graphic assets, from references & templates, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Create basic motion graphics & animation in After Effects.
- Provide on-site support in video production work, under guidance. This will be 10% - 15% of your duties as a way to help you develop holistically, and keep your work interesting and engaging.

- Academic background in Media Studies and/or Visual Communications is desired
