THE JOB

Responsible for cleaning, minor repairs, and overall daily upkeep of the venue. This includes cleaning inside and outside the venue and ensuring a clean and safe environment. All employees must adhere to established COVID-19 safety regulations and procedures.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night
• Stocking all necessary items before guests enter the venue
• Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
• Making sure guests’ seats are clean from any debris before doors open 
• Display the “heart of service” attitude
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required basic maintenance and service.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Must be 16 or older to apply
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting
• No prior cleaning experience necessary, looking for motivated individuals
• Concert season is from May-October, anywhere from 30-40 shows, you must be available to work 60% of them.

DPR Construction seeks a highly skilled, detail-oriented Marketing Professional. The ideal candidate will exemplify DPR’s four core values (integrity, uniqueness, enjoyment, ever forward).

The Marketing Professional will collaborate with and coordinate the execution of all marketing content for Boston, MA business unit, while supporting the Northeast Region. They will develop sales and marketing materials associated with project pursuits, including but not limited to: qualifications packages, RFP responses and interview presentations. The marketing professional will further serve the business unit needs developing project information pages, maintaining the CRM system, coordinating events, creating advertising and managing jobsite marketing needs. Key Responsibilities

Get work—Work with the pursuit teams to coordinate and develop qualifications packages, RFP responses and interview presentations/materials:

• Work alongside the project pursuit team to develop a project-specific, cohesive message.
• Clearly communicate the information, deliverables and content needed from the pursuit team, including associated deadlines.
• Work with the pursuit team lead to identify marketing deliverable deadlines (i.e. when drafts are expected, review time needed, etc.)

C&W Services is recruiting to fill an entry level position within the Carpentry Shop. This is an exciting opportunity at a large downtown Boston, class A office building.  This person will work side by side with seasoned union employees to learn the skills necessary to support the shop, bringing with them a strong desire to learn and positive attitude, with the goal of moving up within the organization as opportunities present themselves.

Primary Purpose of Position: Promote and maintain a high standard in the operation and appearance of the property.  Promote, establish, and maintain positive relations with tenants via proactive communication, routine follow-up, and a high level of customer service.

Essential Functions:

• Under the guidance of senior personnel;
• Ensure all front and back of house areas are maintained with exceptional care.
• Assist in the installation of acoustical ceiling tiles & grid repairs.
• Assist other engineers with assigned tasks.
• Assist in hanging pictures, white boards, televisions, etc.
• Install and/or repair base building window treatments.
• Use tools for their intended purpose.  Keep the shop, equipment rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe. 
• When assigned, follow inspection and service procedures outlined in the preventative maintenance and loss control guidelines.  Conduct and/or provide support in the day-to-day completion, organization and accuracy of preventive maintenance and loss control.
• Accurately complete tenant requests, repair work and related records for the respective site/buildings as required.
• Utilize a phone and/or tablet to use company systems, including but not limited to Angus CMMS and LogCheck.
• Employ service procedures and techniques in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain logs on daily activities and events as required.
• Effectively communicate to the appropriate party/parties the status and activity of building operations and conditions and promptly report any potential or existing problems. 

• Be available for various shifts, to fill in for other staff, and to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure adequate building coverage and perform necessary repairs as needed. Respond to after-hours emergencies such as fire, flooding, severe weather, power outages and other related situations including clean-up activities per on-call procedures or as requested in critical situations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational certification preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Maintenance or Construction related field.
• Ability to take direction and provide the support needed to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently and at times, with minimal/no supervision. 
• Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and prioritize in a demanding work environment.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule for after hour calls.
• Ability and desire to quickly learn OSHA, NFPA and Life Safety codes and regulations.
• Possess basic computer literacy for general day to day work and communication.  
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Possess a basic knowledge of safe and efficient power and hand tools operations.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record when required.
