Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Professional Services to lead our professional services division. As the Head of Professional Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our services delivery, client relationships, and the growth and profitability of the division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing professional services teams, a deep understanding of the industry, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the professional services practice, including identifying market trends, client needs, and service offerings.
Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding the client base to achieve revenue growth targets.
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.
Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services to clients, meeting their needs, deadlines, and budget requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic insights and solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies, leverage resources, and drive overall business success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and lead efforts to continually enhance and innovate our service offerings.
Develop and monitor key performance metrics, such as project profitability, client satisfaction, and employee utilization, taking necessary actions to meet and exceed targets.
Manage and optimize resource allocation, ensuring the appropriate staffing levels and skill sets to meet client demands and project requirements.
Represent the company and the professional services division at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, and actively contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Required Skills:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools to manage project delivery and performance metrics.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
15+years of experience in the professional services or consultant/advisory role, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Compensation Range: $185,000/YR-$225,000/YR + Bonus. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
