Responsibilities:
- Assist with general classroom duties such as register, reading, writing with small groups, and providing support to the class teacher where needed.
- Help with break and lunch supervision, journals, and activity/resource preparation.

- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom clean-up after lessons.
- Provide additional support to children with special needs and assist across various curriculum subjects.
- Help mark student work, track progress, and care for children during school trips or activities.

Essential requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle challenging behaviour confidently.
- TA qualification (Level 2 or 3).
- The ability to engage, motivate, and support children individually or in small groups.
- A positive attitude and effective communication skills.
