KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Improving patient flow within surgery hours, increasing the time efficiency of appointments, and reduction of waiting times Reduce time spent by GPs on managing correspondence You will be expected to develop links with local GP practices, colleagues within the service and local communities to ensure delivery of integrated, patient focused care, demonstrating flexibility in the role and a caring attitude towards patients. Sorting clinical post and prioritising for the GP in terms of actions. Signposting some post to others such as clinical pharmacist etc. Extracting all information from clinical letters that needs coding and adding to notes Arranging appointments, referrals, tests and follow up appointments of patients Preparing patients prior to going in to see the GP, taking a brief history and basic readings in readiness for the GP appointment. Completing basic (non-opinion) forms and core elements of some forms for the GP to approve and sign such as insurance forms, mortgage, benefits agency forms etc. Helping the GP liaise with outside agencies e.g. getting an on call doctor on the phone to ask advice or arrange admission while the GP can continue with their consultation(s) Confidentiality In the course of seeking treatment, patients entrust us with, or allow us to gather, sensitive information in relation to their health and other matters. About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Variable Shift Rota (6-2 mainly across Monday to Saturday)

Hours Per Week: 48

As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that all activities comply with health and safety regulations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and OCS management, addressing any specific requirements or concerns. Your role will involve managing staff, resources, and providing regular reports on operational performance.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that the contract operates within H&S policies and procedures and in line with COSHH and risk assessments
• Serve as the first point of contact for our client and OCS management
• Collaborate with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns
• Organise staff rotas and complete wage and other administrative paperwork
• Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels efficiently
• Assist in the training and development of staff, ensuring all team members are well-prepared for their roles
• Provide regular reports on operational performance to management
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage of all areas
• Address any operational issues or challenges promptly, finding effective solutions to maintain smooth operations
• Oversee team management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Handle HR responsibilities such as managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience in a similar role - BICS qualification preferred
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of work
• Strong communication skills, essential for client liaison and effective team coordination
• Proactive and adaptable, able to respond to changing demands and priorities
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Experience in HR management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations

As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in our cleaning team to uphold exceptional standards throughout the venue. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas are spotless and ready to welcome guests and event organisers.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sweep/Vacuum all floor areas as required according to the composition of the floor, damp wipe doors, shelves, seating, kiosks, handrails, phones & fire hydrants and collect waste, and empty boxes when requested
• Responsible for keeping all areas relating to the event clean and litter-free at all times
• Responsible for keeping all public toilets and circulation areas clean and tidy
• Ensuring all spillages are dealt with immediately

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Desirable to have experience in cleaning or be willing to learn
• Desirable to have an understanding of COSHH and working in similar environments
• An understanding of following H&S rules and its importance
