Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time LPN for our 20-bed General Medical Unit.  This is your opportunity to work with in the full scope of your LPN license on a unit that cares for a little bit of everything from short stay observations patients to complex care for extended care patients..

What you will do:

• Work 48 hours every two week= 0.6 FTE
• Work 8 hour shifts rotating day (6:30am – 3pm) and pm’s (2:30pm – 11pm) shifts; every third weekend , 2 holidays a year
• LPN’s work top of scope and provide care by doing things such as pass medication, assessments, hang IV fluids, piggyback medications, provide wound care and reinforce patient education.  
• Partner with a team of RN’s, CNA’s, social workers, dietitians, respiratory therapy, and physical therapy.

Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care for patients and families under the supervision and direction of the RN or provider. The need for direct supervision (defined as immediate availability to continually coordinate, direct and inspect at first hand the practice of another) vs. general supervision (defined as regularly to coordinate, direct and inspect the practice of another) is determined based on Standards of Practice and includes complexity of patients, competency, education, and etc. The LPN applies nursing knowledge and utilizes evidence-based practice in the demonstration of the following major responsibilities.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Maintains competency and practices according to the GundersenHealth systemmission and strategic plan, ANA and Nurse Practice Act.
2. The LPN contributes to assessments through data collection, and observes and reports the patient's response to care as well as significant symptoms or changes in patient status.
3. The LPN is responsible for following the Patient's Plan of Care, including the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and standard collaborative practice, and to perform delegated patient care. (The functions of assessment, creation and revision of the plan of care may not be actsdelegated toLPNs.)
4. Incorporates the patient’s/family's readiness to learn when reinforcing teaching initiated by an RN or provider in order to achieve optimal, age-specific and individualized care. The LPN can provide basic health care instruction. The LPN cannot initiate teaching or evaluate patient's response.
5. The LPN provides direct patient care, assists with ADLs and encourages self-care, and administers prescribed treatment after verifying accuracy.
6. The LPN documents nursing interventions and patient/family response. All aspects of care provided are documented accurately and in an appropriate and timely manner, and in compliance with organizational, regulator and professional standards and guidelines.
7. The LPN participates with other health team members in meeting basic patient needs but does not delegate
8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Learning:

Post High School education in a specialized field: Course requirements that qualify to take LPN or LVN boards.

The Product Security Professional will be responsible for advancing the practice of product security risk assessment and design across Business Units in Greater China Market. The role will require influence through collaboration with Q&R, R&D, Sales, Service and RA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Risks throughout the Idea-to-market (I2M) and work with other teams as necessary to provide mitigation and cost/benefit analysis

• Ensure customer security requirements are being addressed within our products

• Support business initiatives by providing solutions based on best practices, regulatory and customer requirements of product security

• Support the development of risk mitigations and control plans for the product in the Business

• Develop Risk and Benefits Cost analysis to present to the Product/Program Manager

• Ensure that all Penetration, Vulnerable assessment, and Fuzz testing are completed

• Conduct PSRA (Product Security Risk Assessments) for BU (Business Units)

• Perform Product Security Audit and Compliance activities

• Reporting on business specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Work with Product Managers, Field Marketing, Services and Sales to collaborate on Product Security topics, incident response and customer complaints

• Work with Quality and Regulatory team on Product Security process and procedures in QMS (Quality Management System), and govern product security

• Work with product security officer and local teams to support L4L, L4G, G4L product security

• Support product NMPA registrations

• Support the M&A process on Product Security aspects

• Support to qualify China local security vendor

• Champion the importance of product security during the life cycle of products

• Develop/tailor and conduct product security training

We are looking for

• Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years in product security or security risk management, or security designs

• Strong communication, presenting, problem-solving skills in global cross-site teams

• Experience in the complex digital architecture solutions using Web, Mobile apps, IOT, Cloud, AI, big data from both international and China specific ecosphere perspective, and knowledge of “Cryptography Application Security Assessment” and “Information Technology Application Innovation”

• Experience in incident handling and response

• Experience in designing software development products using SDLC (i.e., Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps)

• Experience in Health information security management (ISO 27799, ISO/IEC 80001, DIACAP) (Preferred)

• A solid development experience in security designs and penetration test (Preferred)

• Familiar with Laws and regulations on privacy, data protection, and breach notification (95/46/EC, GDPR, HIPAA, FDA, NMPA, MPLS, ISO/TS 14265, 21CFR820, SB1386, etc.)

• Familiar with China’s with Laws and regulations: Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Personal Data Protection law, Multi Layer Protection Scheme 2.0, etc.

• Domain specific standards and approaches on privacy and product security (DICOM, IHE)

• Manage and provide in-person/online reference and research consultation services as well as information seeking advice and effective access to relevant information and library resources.

• Administer and provide advice and consultation specifically on literature reviews and systematic search strategies for research.

• Build understanding of the information needs of the university community, promote library resources and services, and collect feedback on OIKLS services.

• Explore and integrate library resources and services into faculty teaching, curriculum and research.

• Facilitate discussions with faculty and college/school administrators on new library initiatives, library collections and services.

• Facilitate the organisation of talks, webinars and seminars on a range of topics with specific focus on systematic searching for different academic reviews, copyright related topics, scholarly communications and research services.

• Lead in projects with library stakeholders and relevant offices, such as organising a seminar, exhibition or developing a new workshop.

• A recognized MSc in Information Studies (MLIS or equivalent) is preferred.
