• Responsible for the preparation or review of extremely complex legal issues, instruments, assemblies, or the preparation of legal opinions on complex questions relating to state and federal laws and regulations.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for all areas of canteen operations relating to retail, food, vending, sales, merchandising, accountability, misc. service of the canteen located in Fort Wayne, IN. The incumbent is responsible for a full range of personnel management, administrative controls, reviews, & processes relative to canteen operations. e.g., POGs, RPOS, inventory controls, stock schedules, food safety, sanitation, promotional programs, etc. The incumbent is responsible for attaining financial goals & implementing program objectives as established by VCSCO and/or Region Manager.

• Develop a government property plan which specifies specific methods of supply surveillance and inventories.
