Facility Professional, Lead
The Opportunity:
As a facility professional, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As a seasoned facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement expertise to impact projects that will modernize, and create efficiency across the Air Force Civil Engineer enterprise. We need someone like you who is eager to oversee complex projects that’ll enable us to change the world!
As a facility professional on our team, you’ll lead challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while managing a team of facilities professionals. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you’ll oversee a team to develop creative solutions on mission-critical projects in the Built and Natural Infrastructure arena.
In this role, you’ll closely impact the Air Force Civil Engineer by facilitating projects that impact the ability of the Air Force Civil Engineer Enterprise to execute their mission. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You’ll Work On:
- Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for facility planning solutions
- Perform complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization
- Advise Air Force Civil Engineer clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio, or facility requirements

You Have:
- Experience with facilities planning or management as a senior Air Force Civil Engineer
- Knowledge of Air Force installations, missions, organizations, and Real Property management
- Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, or Access
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with data analysis platforms, including Tableau or Power BI, and
- Experience with adapting new technology to complex problems
- Masters degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, Geography, or a related field
- PMP, CFM, or related certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
